Good evening! So there is not really news, but I figured I would give an update. Most people left town today for Spring Break, however I am still here because I am going to work the next two days at work. Hopefully it will not be as busy as today, especially since just me and one other girl will be cooking. I go home Monday around noon. I have not been home since the New Years, so I’ve home sick but only when I let myself think about it. It will be nice to see my cats, Annie and Tinkerbell.
After break, my parents are driving me back and helping me pack of some stuff, even though we are only half way through the semester. But I need to get ready now for packing for Hawaii and then Disney World. I really just wish I could fast forward my life till move in day down in Florida. There are so many reasons to look forward to leaving Pullman and school. I hope all my troubles now will disappear as soon as I am away from here. I really don’t have troubles per se, just it has been somewhat lonely readjusting to life back out here in Pullman since I moved back. I know my decision to go home was one of the best choices I will have ever made, but there still are the regrets that came with that choice.
Anyways on to happier stuff… I pretty much can not think about anything else but Disney World. I am disappointed that I will not get to work at the Zoo once again this summer, but I think this is a positive change in my life. I see all my friends about to graduate from college too and most of them are scared to death because they do not know what they will be doing after May. It is comforting knowing I at least have a seventh moth plan. I did not expect that my life would take this path, but once again one of my mother’s suggestions turned out to be in my best interest. I am to see how I will change in those seven months. Hopefully, I will make a few good friends and have memories that last a life time. I hope the experience will give me the strength to continue with my dreams of traveling and exploring. You know would be kind of cool, if I got to try some true Cajun food while I am there- like gators. Only once though because I rather see live wild gators if anything. Alright I will try to update this regularly as time gets closer to moving down to Disney World.
